5. User Responsibilities

Vacay Breeze is not responsible for any issues, delays, losses, or disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and health or entry requirements.

Vacay Breeze is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, overbookings, service failures, or pricing errors made by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or tour operators. Any disputes related to third-party services must be resolved directly with the provider.
7. Pricing and Availability
Travel pricing and availability are not guaranteed and may change at any time due to demand, inventory, exchange rates, or provider policies. Vacay Breeze does not guarantee the accuracy of real-time pricing or availability until a booking is confirmed and paid.
8. Payments and Fees
By making a payment through Vacay Breeze, you authorize us to process payments securely through approved payment processors. All prices, fees, and charges will be disclosed prior to confirmation. Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties based on third-party provider policies.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Requests for itinerary changes are subject to availability and additional charges imposed by third-party providers. 10. Chargebacks and Fraud Protection
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Vacay Breeze to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the payment system may result in termination of service and may be reported to payment processors.
